Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement

This Agreement is made this 14th day of March 2024 between Harriet Nolan-Reyes of 22 Ashgrove Terrace, Richmond VIC 3121 (“the Discloser”) and Vector Path Analytics Pty Ltd, ACN 641 208 337, of Level 9, 180 Flinders Lane, Melbourne VIC 3000 (“the Recipient”).

1. Confidential Information means the pricing models, client lists and source code disclosed on or after the 2nd day of April 2024, whether or not marked confidential.

2. Term. The Recipient’s obligations continue for five years from the date above, and indefinitely as to anything that is a trade secret.

3. Remedies. The Discloser may seek injunctive relief without posting bond, and any dispute is to be heard in the courts of Victoria.

How the knowledge stays yours

CaseSafe finds likely identifying details for you, including names, dates, addresses, and faces, and proposes them for removal. You decide what actually goes. Nothing is removed on your behalf, because only you can judge what identifies someone in your own notes.

When you save, the redaction is applied to the pixels themselves. There is no layer to peel back and no copy underneath. This is the difference between removing information and drawing a black box on top of it.

With personal data securely scrubbed, the underlying methodology of your case is ready for deeper analysis. Send your redacted notes to external AI models with confidence. Before any transfer occurs, CaseSafe performs a final review against your initial flags as an extra layer of protection.

Every export requires your direct approval, ensuring data only moves exactly when and where you decide.

Where it lives

We have no servers. Nothing you store ever reaches ZoeLabs.

Your vault is encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM. The key is generated on your device and held in your Keychain. We never possess it, so we could not read your data even if we wanted to.

Turn on iCloud and your cases sync securely through your own iCloud account. Your files are encrypted locally before they leave your device, meaning they are stored in the cloud as ciphertext. Your key syncs through iCloud Keychain so you can unlock your data on other devices, utilizing Apple's end-to-end encryption standards. We are entirely out of the loop and never have access to your files or keys.

    Auto-detect proposes what to remove. Draw over an image, or tap words in a note.

  • Sync

    Encrypted on your device. Optionally through your own iCloud account to your other devices.

    Take everything out as an organized ZIP or a clean PDF, whenever you want.

Where images live

Get your work out of the camera roll.

Photographing a screen is the easiest way to capture a case. But standard photo apps are built to automatically sync everything, everywhere, in plain sight.

CaseSafe gives your work a dedicated, isolated home. The moment an image enters the app, it is fully encrypted, whether you've redacted it yet or not. From there, you control the flow: keep files strictly on one device, or sync them across your own hardware. If you choose to sync, the data moves completely locked and only ever decrypts locally inside the app.
